∎ We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager/Manager (IT) who can join our team, using his technological and business analytical skills to make us more efficient. In this role, he will analyze, recommend, implement and upgrade our ERP software, dealer management software, internet & intranet, hardware, CCTV, email solution, and IT-related of activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their
∎ performance.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring IT relevant all activities including ERP software, Dealer Management Software (DMS), CRM
∎ Software, Active Directory, Internet, VPN, Hardware, Email solution, CCTV, Server maintenance, etc.
∎ Well understanding about
∎ Production module including BOM preparation, process wise production, wastage and rejection calculation, SOP preparation.
∎ Sales & Distribution module (primary and secondary sales).
∎ HR module (integrated attendance, payroll, pay scale and leave management).
∎ Account & Finance module (COA, costing, receivable & payable, JV).
∎ SCM module (LC management, local purchase, store management).
∎ Dealer Management module (secondary sales, route visit, dealer’s inventory management) and
∎ Digital Marketing (social media marketing, ecommerce website management).
∎ Architectural designing, developing, implementing and coordinating systems, policies and procedures for ERP software, Dealer
∎ Management Software (DMS), domain server, network, hardware, etc. to satisfy the business objective.
∎ Ensuring accuracy, consistency and data security of ERP, DMS software, email, server security, and overall IT relevant data/information
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 10 years in IT department at least 3-4 years as head of the department.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Home Appliance, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Group of
∎ Companies.
∎ Having practical knowledge in MySQL, SQL, Mikrotik router and BI Tools.
∎ Project management course (PMP, Prince2, etc.) will be added more advantage.
∎ Goal oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas.
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and time management skills.
