Electrical Maintenance, Footwear, Operation Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a maintenance team; prepare and execute preventive maintenance plan to minimize breakdown time
∎ Coordinate production and maintenance requirement and plan and monitor accordingly
∎ Maintain safe, effective and efficient energy management and preventive maintenance programs
∎ Develop, maintain and update maintenance procedures for all machines and equipment and prepare periodical inspection report
∎ Prepare yearly and monthly maintenance plan and budget and control maintenance cost within that
∎ Reduce the mechanical and electrical breakdown to achieve the target production quantity
∎ Deal with emergencies, unplanned breakdown and repairs
∎ Coordinate and follow up with spare parts section
∎ Provide technical support to concerned department during abnormalities and trouble-shooting
∎ Assist in hiring, training, supervising and disciplining department staff
∎ Regularly update the management on plant status
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about machinery and spare parts

∎ Excellent leadership quality
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated, dynamic and honest
∎ Ability to perform under pressure and meet the deadline
