∎ Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of fabric properties, textile testing methods, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, AQL). Hands-on experience with fabric testing equipment and quality control procedures, including knowledge of shrinkage tests, GSM, tensile strength, pilling, and color fastness.

∎ Fabric Quality Oversight: Lead and manage the fabric quality assurance team to ensure all incoming fabrics meet the required standards. Oversee and coordinate the inspection of fabric rolls, conduct tests (e.g., shrinkage, color fastness, tensile strength), and ensure all fabric qualities adhere to customer and internal requirements.

∎ We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Manager / Manager - Fabric Quality Assurance to manage and oversee fabric quality control processes for our garment production. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of fabric quality, developing strategies for quality control, handling quality audits, and ensuring adherence to customer specifications and international standards. This role will also involve managing a team and liaising with suppliers to resolve any fabric quality-related issues.
