Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (Written/ Verbal).
∎ Must have excellent knowledge in MS office program (MS Word, MS Excel, Power point etc.)
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Commercial, Export Import Through LC, Supply Chain Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Context:
∎ Looking after all related works of Bond and Customs.
∎ Communicate with Bank, C&F, buyer, forwarder, supplier, Board of investment and chief controller of import & export (CCI & Ex.) regarding custom & bonds formalities.
∎ Communicate directly with customs house, customs bond commission and NBR as necessary to answer quarries tranquilly and efficiently with updated documents and manage bond customs in any irregularities and difficulties.
∎ All Customs clearance of imported materials, In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process independently.
∎ To manage efficiently the customs & bond license audit, renewal and related activities & familiar with custom rules and import related web portal.
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers to take inquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information to the factory management.
∎ To maintain strong liaison with Customs office and other government bodies related customs and bond.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform for and face routine audit by external agencies relating UD and UP.
∎ Must have practical experience to prepare and process UP from Customs Bond.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act and bond formalities.
∎ Develop strategies, polices & Guiding team member for achieving KPI of Custom & Bond.
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management.
∎ Must be able to work independently and have sufficient knowledge about the Customs, VAT and Tax rules related to Export and Import.
∎ Ability to do multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines as per planning.
∎ Excellent personality with positive approach/ attitude.
