∎ Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and employee development processes.
∎ Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
∎ Lead performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
∎ Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
∎ Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
∎ Any other assignment given related to HR of the company.
