Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Meghna Fresh LPG Limited (MFLPG) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) which is engaged in carrying LPG by ship, manufacturing carriable cylinders on its own plant, securing mounded LPG storage, filling LPG into carriable cylinders, and distributing countrywide. Currently, MFLPG is searching for experienced and proactive professionals for its distribution operation in Narayanganj.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule deliveries to meet customer demands promptly, ensuring timely order fulfillment.

  • Maintain a consistent and dependable supply chain by monitoring stock levels and overseeing other Satellite plant operations (Mongla, Bhaluka, Bogura).

  • Track stock transfers (STO) and goods receipt notes (GRN) to ensure operational accuracy, generate challans, construct cargo documents, and manage sales orders using SAP (SD & LE modules).

  • Oversee the company`s fleet of vehicles and road transporters to guarantee the efficient utilization of resources and the transportation of goods.

  • Ensure operational efficiency and optimize conveyance duties by managing drivers and assistants.

  • Work alongside the Logistics & Distribution team to enhance workflows and guarantee the timely delivery of goods to regional distribution centers.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and improve the quality of service by addressing customer grievances.

  • Monitor and control cylinder loading and unloading processes to maintain safety and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the sales, production, and logistics teams to guarantee that the stock is available and that the distribution requirements are met.

  • Generate reports on distribution activities to provide insights and updates to management.

  • Oversee labor activities to ensure compliance with company policies and smooth operations.

  • Track vehicle fuel usage and input mileage data in SAP to improve transport efficiency and meet distribution targets.
