Experience:

• 8 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

Vendor selection & evaluation Price negotiation RFQ, Quotation, Purchase Order (PO)Local & international sourcing

• Age At least 35 years

· Proven 8–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas pipeline procurement, specializing in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end contract finalization·

Strong background in technical sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management·       

Experience in development projects and government/industrial procurement will be given preference. Strong

knowledge of international procurement and sourcing

Experience in government and industrial project coordination. Understanding of Incoterms, LC/TT, C&F and global trade procedures.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage technical documentation and project correspondence.

Ability to work with government stakeholders (Army, Navy, BPC & any other government entity)

Strong client and consultant relationship management skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement (local & international)

• Source and procure electromechanical, chemical, industrial, and construction equipment

• Manage automation systems, industrial machinery, and oil & gas pipeline materials

• Oversee LC, TT, import-export documentation, and overall commercial processes

• Manage C&F operations, customs clearance, and freight forwarding activities Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and international manufacturers

• Conduct vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization

• Ensure timely shipment, logistics coordination, and project delivery support

• Technical Scope Includes: Electromechanical systems, automation equipment, industrial instruments, control systems, valves & fittings, oil & gas pipeline materials, chemical process equipment, construction machinery, electrical systems, telecommunication equipment, and heavy industrial structures & materials such as tank plates, coating pipes, and steel fabrication items.

• Coordinate with Army, Navy, and other government organizations for project-related meetings and collaboration

• Handle client and consultant meetings, communication, and technical coordination

• Prepare and manage technical documentation, proposals, and procurement documents
