Responsibilities & Context:
Source and purchase interior materials
Collect quotations from multiple vendors and prepare comparison sheets
Negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms
Coordinate with BOQ & Design team for material specifications
Ensure timely procurement as per project schedule
Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships
Monitor market rates and cost control
Verify delivery and ensure quality of materials
