Responsibilities & Context:

Ensure products are delivered to stores on a weekly basis or as per demand, following the delivery schedule.

Maintain accurate and updated product stock records with correct quantity and price.

Confirm requisition lists are prepared, share with franchisees via email, and follow up for approval and payment.

Update requisition lists as per management instructions and re-share with franchisees for approval.

Follow up with stores regarding product display after delivery, update delivery trackers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders, area in-charges, and store in-charges to support continuous product portfolio review and development.

Conduct month-end stock reviews with the team lead regarding product locking, unlocking, and seasonal releases; update the warehouse master sheet accordingly.

Work with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development departments on product promotion, market activation, and campaign activities for both new and existing stores.

Conduct monthly store visits and submit visit reports accordingly.

Perform quarterly analysis of product and category demand forecasts and submit reports to management.

Visit local markets and competitor stores bi-monthly to gather insights; prepare and present reports to management after each visit.

Explore new product ideas, service improvements, and process enhancements; conduct GAP analysis as per approved policy.

Determine store-wise product lines based on the previous three months’ sales data and submit reports quarterly.

Conduct pre- and post-sale promotion analysis in coordination with relevant departments as per management instructions.

Collect product pricing information during requisition and delivery sheet preparation from warehouse stock reports provided by the IT department.
