Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement and develop the company's distribution network.
Ensure timely delivery of products.
Maintain and enhance good relationships with dealers, sub-dealers and distributors
Monitor and control warehouse and inventory activities.
Prevent product shortages or excess inventory by optimizing stock levels.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of the sales team and delivery team.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly distribution-related reports.
Identify new markets and implement distribution expansion plans.
Control and increase efficiency in transportation and logistics costs.
Ensure operations are in accordance with company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and delivery-related issues promptly.
Help increase sales by conducting distribution activities according to targets.
