• Must have standard computer knowledge of microsoft office (MS-word, MS-excel)

We are Hiring ASM/TSM for our marketing department. To conduct in assigned areas as per sales & Marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.

• Indentify and follow up with new markets and dealers.

• Lead and monitor sales representives to achieve company goals.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets alongside the sales team.

• Set up new dealers and ensure they follow company rules.

• Oversee territory sales, make regular market visit and develop area wise sales points (Distributors)

• Monitor collections and minimize the risk of dealer defaults.

• Track, record and report daily sales activities.

• Manage secondary sales and report daily/monthy updates to Senior managers.

• Foster SR-shopkeeper relationship to support merchandising initiattives.

• Work under the senior slaes manager’s supervision to develop slaes and marketing policies.

• collect and report competitor information and strategies to management.

• Salary Review: Yearly
