We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive/Sr. Executive (Procurement) Marine Items.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement of maritime items such as machinery, spares, hydraulic systems, cylinders, shafting, filters, anchors, winches, and other marine accessories.

  • Develop and manage supplier/vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality products in a timely manner.

  • Source materials both locally and internationally, negotiating the best terms for pricing, quality, and lead times.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock of critical spare parts.

  • Develop procurement plans aligned with operational and maintenance schedules.

  • Track shipments, customs clearance, and delivery to ensure smooth supply chain flow.

  • Ensure procurement activities are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements (local & international maritime procurement standards).

  • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and tender documents.

  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier agreements, and pricing data.

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing.

  • Ensure all procured items meet technical specifications and marine quality standards.

  • Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality and safety.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Finance departments for procurement planning and budget control.
