Experience:
BSc in EEE from any reputed University.
BSc in Mechanical/MEP-related discipline with strong electrical knowledge encouraged to apply.
Candidate must have experience in Industrial/Real Estate/Infrastructure projects.
Candidate must have experience in Electrical & MEP material procurement.
Expertise in vendor sourcing & negotiation.
Ability to read & interpret electrical drawings & BOQS.
Candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
Capable to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Sound knowledge in MS Office & SAP.

We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Sr. Executive- Supply Chain (MEP- Electrical).
Responsibilities :
1. Procurement & Sourcing (Electrical Focus)
Handle end-to-end procurement of electrical and MEP materials (cables, transformers, switchgear, panels, MDB/DB, lighting systems, etc.).
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors/suppliers (local & international).
Prepare RFQs, analyse quotations, and conduct commercial & technical comparisons.
2. Technical Evaluation
Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQS for electrical systems.
Conduct technical evaluation of vendor offers in coordination with engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with required standards (IEC, BSTI, etc.).
3. Vendor Management
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.
Monitor vendor performance (quality, delivery, compliance).
4. Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material requirements and timelines. Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedules.
Track order status, shipment, and delivery.
5. Cost Control & Budgeting
Support cost optimization through strategic sourcing and negotiation.
Assist in preparing procurement budgets and cost analysis reports.
6. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare purchase orders (PO), comparative statements (CS), and procurement reports. Ensure proper documentation for audit and internal compliance.
Follow company procurement policies and procedures.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with engineering, finance, and logistics teams for smooth procurement operations.
