• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear

• At least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the footwear or manufacturing industry. Working in a factory environment will be considered as an added credibility.

• Identify, evaluate, and select third-party manufacturers and suppliers based on their capability, quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

• Coordinate with the internal production and supply chain teams to align outsourcing activities with the company’s production schedule and demand forecasts.

• Monitor and manage the progress of outsourced production to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Resolve any production delays or issues by liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and manage the outsourcing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with the company’s financial goals.

• Continuously assess and optimize outsourcing processes to reduce costs without compromising quality.

• Evaluate vendor performance regularly to ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure contingency plans are in place to address unforeseen challenges in the outsourcing process.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of outsourcing activities.

• Work closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to ensure seamless integration of outsourcing activities with overall operations.

• Conduct market analysis to identify and source the best outsourcing suppliers to enhance the product quality & services.

• Establish and maintain committed and reliable base of outsourcing partners for any production to optimize total cost and for future business processes in line with outsourcing policy.

• Lead and mentor the outsourcing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
