Executive Officer - Overseas Purchase Department will be responsible to assist in every purchase of Steel Times with efficiency in negotiation and coordination and play the bridge between the buyers and suppliers through every deal.

• Location: Dhaka (North-South Road, Bangshal, Dhaka)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Active email communication with foreign suppliers and local buyers.
• Telecomunication with foreign suppliers.
• Creating documents for purchase.
• Organise documents relating to purchase.
• Assist in exchange of documents between banks and suppliers.
• Assist suppliers and banks with informations during the process of purchase till the closer of the file.
• Checking/verifying documents received from banks and suppliers.
• Seeking orders from suppliers regularly through phone and email.
• Reporting to chairperson weekly.
• Sourcing potential suppliers.
• Tasks assigned by the supervisor.
