Job Responsibilities:
∎ Active email communication with foreign suppliers and local buyers.
∎ Telecommunication with foreign suppliers.
∎ Creating documents for purchase.
∎ Organize documents relating to purchase.
∎ Assist in exchange of documents between banks and suppliers.
∎ Suppliers and banks with informations during
∎ The process of purchase till the closer of the file.
∎ Checking/verifying documents received from banks and suppliers.
∎ Seeking orders from suppliers regularly through phone and email.
∎ Reporting to chairperson weekly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience is preferred.
