Only candidates with prior experience in the Shipping Line, NVOCC, or International Freight Forwarding industry will be considered.
Candidates with hands-on operational experience managing USA DDP shipments are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities.
Prepare and process shipping documents, including HBL, FCR, Shipment Advice, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, and required Freight Certificates.
Prepare, process, and submit Bills of Lading (B/L) through online freight forwarding systems, carrier platforms, and shipping software, ensuring complete accuracy before final issuance.
Handle international security filings with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including:
AMS (Regular & FROB) for USA and Canada
Canada e-Manifest
ICS2 for European Union shipments
Monitor filing status and proactively resolve any filing-related issues.
Ensure regulatory compliance by processing shipment documentation, including EGM filing and other statutory requirements.
Send timely Pre-Alert notifications to overseas agents and buyers.
Manage the complete Original Bill of Lading issuance and surrender process, including obtaining Bank NOC where applicable.
Monitor container movement, feeder and mother vessel connections, and communicate schedule updates to customers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
