Minimum 2–3 years of working experience with packaging materials in the pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities & Context:
Procurement Management: Handle end-to-end procurement of PPM & Gift items aligned with marketing strategies and business needs.
Requisition Review: Evaluate departmental requirements to ensure accuracy, branding consistency, and timely execution.
Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain a reliable vendor base through structured selection and negotiation processes.
Cost Optimization: Negotiate pricing and monitor budgets to ensure cost-effective procurement within approved limits.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all procured items meet required quality standards and specifications.
Order processing (SAP): Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and track deliveries through SAP.
Delivery Coordination: Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure timely distribution.
Supplier performance: Conduct regular vendor evaluations and implement corrective actions when needed.
Issue Resolution: proactively resolve procurement-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, and payment discrepancies.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards'
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare procurement reports highlighting cost savings, variances, and improvement opportunities.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize procurement workflows.
Additional Support: perform any other tasks or special assignments assigned by management
