• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

Professional certification on Supply Chain will be given preference.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Knowledge of construction materials and market trends

• Analytical and cost control ability

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with local supplier markets and logistics

• Willingness to visit project sites when required

As part of this expansion, we are inviting applications from dynamic and capable professionals for the position of Senior Executive/ Executive - Supply Chain for one of its concerns, Bay Icon International Hotel & Resort Ltd.:

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute procurement plans for construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, sand, bricks, electrical and plumbing items).

• Source reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.

• Prepare comparative statements (CS) and assist in vendor selection.

• Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders (POs) as per project requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new suppliers.

• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.

• Coordinate with site engineers and store departments for material requirements and stock levels.

• Monitor inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and contracts.

• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and audit requirements.

• Assist in preparing reports on procurement status and cost analysis.

• Support cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for savings.

• Track market price trends of construction materials.

• Ensure procurement within approved budgets.

• Liaise with project management, engineering, accounts, and store teams.

• Resolve supply-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
