Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Chemistry
  • Certifications such as PGD SCM/ IT, CSCM, CSCA are a plus.

  • Skills Required: Chemical Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Negotiation

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Industrial Chemical or Textile sectors.

  • Experience in working with ERP systems (e g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms.

  • Strong negotiation, communication & problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of Chemical procurement processes (Price, Trend & Network).

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.·        Knowledge of contract terms, vendor management, and market pricing trends.

  • Proficiency in office Suit (Excel, word, power point, outlook).

  • Ability to Manage multiple projects simultaneously.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Analyze Purchase Requisitions (PR) and prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ) specifically for chemical and related services.

  • Evaluate supplier proposals and develop Comparative Statements (CS) considering price trends, technical compliance, and service capabilities.

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to ensure optimal procurement outcomes and cost savings.

  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and track order status through to delivery completion.

  • Conduct market research to maintain up-to-date knowledge of chemical products, vendor networks, and pricing trends.

  • Manage supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and compliance with company policies.

  • Coordinate sample collection, technical evaluation, approval, and final acceptance processes for chemical purchases.

  • Provide budget estimates and procurement insights to internal stakeholders to support planning and project execution.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audit and reference purposes.

  • Support multiple concurrent procurement projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards and minimizing risk.
