Job Context:
∎ People`s Leasing and Financial Services Limited (PLFS) is a public listed Non Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) established on August 12, 1996 under Companies Act-1994 and within the ambit of Financial Institutions Act-1993. The company is having its Head office at Motijheel, Dhaka. The company has been undergoing Liquidation process for the last 02 years pursuant to Court Order No. 01 of 2019.
∎ Recently, the company is undergoing reconstruction process following the Court Order No. 96 dated 12.07.2021.
∎ To meet the company`s present need we are looking for some young, energetic, result oriented and self motivated candidates to serve the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge on the Loan & Lease products of the NBFIs.
∎ Special Asset Management and strong negotiation skill for recovery of default loans.
∎ Monitoring the lease/loan accounts to ensure maximum benefits for the company.
∎ Ensuring collection of loan installments from the clients in due time.
∎ Ensuring proper legal action in applicable against the defaulted borrowers.
∎ Executing the arrest warrant issued by the Court against defaulter borrowers as when required.
∎ Developing various strategies and policies to reduce Non Performing Loan (NPL) for achieving the maximum recovery target.
∎ Sound understanding of credit risk, Syndication, Structured Finance and financial modeling.
∎ Proven track record for repossess of Lease assets and sound knowledge on Negotiable Instrument Act (NI Act) and Artha Rin Adalat.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 08 years of experiences, minimum 3-5 years working experiences as Assistant / Deputy Manager position of Credit & Marketing department of Bank/NBFI.
∎ Should have good client base skills.
∎ Should have competency on computer based accounting system.
∎ Planning, complex problem resolution skills and analytical ability.
∎ Capable of multitasking with strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Dedicated, and hardworking with team spirit and a person of integrity and professionalism.
∎ Strong leadership skills focusing operation management with excellent multidisciplinary knowledge.
