Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or MBA in any discipline from a reputed university like DU, IBA, AIUB, NSU, East West or BRAC University (Marketing in MBA will be an advantage).
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for the experienced candidates from garments companies.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have technical and practical knowledge about Woven, Offset, Heat Transfer, Printed Fabric and RFID printing.
∎ Responsible for independently handling and guiding others of assigned sampling functions involving all types of garment accessories (Tag & Labels etc).
∎ Very organized at work with neat hand writing.
∎ Order raw materials on due time to supply chain by following all necessary compliance requirements.
∎ Should be able to communicate with very good written and spoken English for both local & foreign customer.
∎ Ability to be humble mix with rest of the employees and coach/ train subordinate on various subjects with proper knowledge.
∎ Must visit factory and customers every week / month.
∎ Organize all test files with proper traceability records of all samples and lab tests.
∎ Should not be making other people do his/ her work and then trying to take full credit for it.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing on time samples submission following all compliance/ tests procedures.
∎ Work towards developing service standards and strategies, which would be the company’s competitive advantage.
∎ Determine current and future expectations of customers and use that information to ensure improvements in quality and service.
∎ Build and sustain good working relationship with our customers through constant process of follow up and discussions.
∎ Self-driven, results-oriented. Must know how to achieve Targets.
∎ Ability to coach and train subordinate on subject expert knowledge.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and multi tasked.
∎ Must be able to handle any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Very clear and communicative in explaining things to his fellow team members.
∎ Maintain Confidentiality of his/her work.
∎ Most importantly must feel the company as his/her own. Work with ownership, honesty & full responsibility. Must be very communicative and on top of things.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good presentation skills. Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
∎ Should be able lead local & foreign customer meetings independently in English.
∎ Must be extremely hard working, focused, active, fast, proactive and accurate in his/her work.
∎ Should not have a bossy attitude. Should be firm and humble when and where needed.

Salary: Negotiable
