Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules considering Target delivery date by assessing the capacity of production.
∎ Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow up.
∎ Handle the orders of different buyers simultaneously and prepare the production plan independently.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of knit fabric production in the factory as per the buyers' specifications and meet the delivery schedule.
∎ Make production plans on regular basis, execute the plans and reach the target set by the company and reduce plan v/s actual gap.
∎ Work closely with the Merchandizers, Dyeing department, Quality Assurance department and stores to ensure the required standard of the production fabrics and in time delivery.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity in accordance with the IE requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production costing, Fabric structure, Production capacity for any design, Production time and Quality.
∎ Production Management (Knitting).
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/procedures and ensure that those requirements are met.
∎ Must have good communication skills in English. Must have sound knowledge in MS office especially in word, excel, emailing, etc. Ability to work as a team leader and do multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have strong leadership & management capability and should be target-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Experience: Must have 10 - 15 years working experience in a large Knit composite factory.
Salary: Negotiable
