IT Project Management, Java Development, Team Leader (Software)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the developer team and coordinating works among the team members
∎ Lead the quality assurance team by managing processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
∎ Conducting extensive research on leading-edge technologies and making determinations on the probability of implementation
∎ Understanding client’s requirements, analyzing the technical requirements, develop appropriate technical architecture and taking prompt steps to deliver the same in due time
∎ Guide team and ensuring completion of tasks of team members and meeting deadlines
∎ Constant search for innovation and integrating those in software/app development process
∎ Ensuring implementation and comply the IT polices and systems
∎ Play role as a part of the business development unit to make new technological business
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years experiences developer team management role
∎ Experience with Java and JEE internals, Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies
∎ Vast knowledge of the latest technology
∎ Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
∎ Knowledge on reviewing codes
∎ Problem-solving aptitude
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Leadership and organizational abilities
∎ Strategic and design thinking ability
