∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Fashion Designing
∎ Candidate should be minimum Graduate. Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Technology will be preferable.
∎ Candidate should be minimum Graduate. Post Graduate Diploma in Fashion Technology will be preferable.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate should have Minimum 14 years’ experience in Ready Made Garments Sector.
∎ Should be able to manage develop business and increase profitability for the Company.
∎ This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue and quality targets, procure orders from foreign buyers.
∎ Candidate will be responsible for merchandising and production follow up.
∎ Develop and intimate knowledge of products – including trends and shifts in sourcing direction.
∎ Ensures accuracy and timelines through high level communication and co-ordination with marketing, merchandising departments, suppliers from tech pack to shipment.
∎ All other Sourcing activities.

∎ Salary: Taka 270,000 Minimum
∎ House Rent Allowance: Taka 30,000
