A renowned 100% export oriented Knit Composite Company of the Country is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professionals as Deputy General Manager (Quality-Woven) for the Garments Division located at Gazipur.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for woven products.
• Ensure that all woven fabrics and garments meet the company’s quality standards and customer requirements.
• Oversee inspections and audits at various stages of production, from raw material to finished goods.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and manage the quality control team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the quality team.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as production and supply chain, to ensure quality standards are met across the board.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Use statistical tools and data analysis to monitor quality trends and drive improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and quality management techniques.
• Address buyer complaints and quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications related to quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes, inspections, and audits.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
