Responsibilities & Context:
A renowned 100% export oriented Knit Composite Company of the Country is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professionals as Deputy General Manager (Quality-Woven) for the Garments Division located at Gazipur.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for woven products.
Ensure that all woven fabrics and garments meet the company’s quality standards and customer requirements.
Oversee inspections and audits at various stages of production, from raw material to finished goods.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Lead and manage the quality control team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the quality team.
Coordinate with other departments, such as production and supply chain, to ensure quality standards are met across the board.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Use statistical tools and data analysis to monitor quality trends and drive improvements.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and quality management techniques.
Address buyer complaints and quality issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure that corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications related to quality.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes, inspections, and audits.
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
