Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall production and quality assurance of the products and will be able to manage and administer effectively all the mill matters ensuring uninterrupted production.
∎ Coordination with all department.
∎ Candidates should have proven technical knowledge regarding various types of cottons and yarns.
∎ Analyze machine downtime causes and plant corrective action to enhance productivity.
∎ Supervise the shift scheduling of staffs for effective results of trouble shooting , break down maintenance, charge over and research.
∎ Monitoring to ensure machines are in good condition and in highest performance standard level.
∎ Devise optimum procurement and inventory management policies.
∎ Insure transparency in all process and maintain up-to-date correspondence with H/O & top management.
∎ Establish and sustain long term business relationships with buyers and suppliers.
∎ Regulate costing, pricing and negotiate with buyers/suppliers.
∎ Work with the budget of the Factory.
∎ Smooth flow of production, customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
∎ Experience in Ring & Rotor Spinning mills
∎ Existing Manpower management is expected.
∎ Ensure transparency and cordial relation ship with management.
∎ You will be accountable primarily to management of the company under the guidance of the Director (Operation) and Managing Director.

∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 20 year(s) in spinning process, (Spinning experience candidates can apply only).
