Job Purpose:
The position plays a strategic role in shaping the organization to meet future challenges and opportunities. This role involves assessing the current organizational context, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, capability, and overall organizational effectiveness. The role is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing the talents within the organization. This role focuses on enhancing employees’ capability, performance, and career progression to align with the company’s strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Development & Management:
Drive the end-to-end process of Talent Development in the organization.
Design, develop and implement 360-degree talent development strategies and interventions.
Design, develop and implement leadership and key resource development interventions.
Drive succession planning programs and interventions.
Manage the learning ecosystem of the organization.
Manage talent development budget and other relevant activities.
Manage stakeholders, internal & external, to ensure smooth execution of OD interventions.
Performance Management:
Drive the end-to-end process of performance management in the organization.
Drive goal setting, mid-year review and year-end performance appraisal process.
Drive Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process for underperforming employees.
Integrate performance management with other HR processes like recruitment and training.
Conduct reviews of performance management initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, methodologies and incorporate best practices.
HR Strategy, Frameworks & Projects:
Contribute to the development of HR strategy and plans through comprehensive R&D.
Collaborate with Head of OD and HRBPs to align OD initiatives with business objectives.
Support Head of OD in designing and implementing company-wide OD strategies and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership, culture, and engagement.
Co-create HR frameworks, modalities, and projects with Head of OD.
Serve as Think Tank for HR from OD.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, methodologies and incorporate best practices.
