Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose:

The incumbent will be responsible to generate adoption and growth for telecom payments services by planning and executing strategic initiatives. This includes preparing execution plans, coordinating communication activities, launching incentive campaigns, and conducting performance analysis to improve customer uptake and retention across telecom payments features.

The ideal candidate is required to be analytical, execution-oriented, and collaborative person who can translate growth opportunities into structured plans, manage multi-channel campaigns and work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive measurable impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quarterly and monthly plans to drive adoption and growth of telecom payment services

  • Plan and implement customer communication campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and other relevant teams to drive adoption of the services/features and retention of the customers 

  • Develop business cases and conduct feasibility assessments for campaign concepts, including customer lifecycle management activities

  • Identify improvements in service features and customer journeys to increase adoption and retention

  • Launch the upgrades and campaigns with required testing in coordination with Product and Technology teams

  • Collaborate with MNO partners to co-drive growth initiatives

  • Configure in-app push notifications, incentive coupons, and offer cards for campaign execution

  • Conduct consumer research, prepare performance analysis, and present progress updates to management
