Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making recommendation for improvement.
∎ Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure the final product met deadline
∎ Reduce DHU during the production process.
∎ Meet audit and increase the pass rate to increase customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct Pre Production (PP) Meeting, Inline Inspection, Pre Final & Final Random Inspection (FRI)
∎ Interact with internal Technical, Development and Production team to maintain quality and on time shipment
∎ Lead a team of quality staff to ensure products are met with customer quality requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in any woven (ladies tops) garments manufacturing units will get the preferences
∎ Strong communication and report writing skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
∎ Must have in-depth technical knowledge in garment production
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of AQL system and quality standard
