Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in CSE/ ICT/ IT from any reputed public/ private university is required
∎ Skills Required: SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle Certified
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should understand the raised issues quickly and clearly. Also, need to apprehend business logic and reasons like system bug, user mistake or data issue etc.
∎ Required expertise to find out the exact area of problem while fixing an issue by debugging and data analysis.
∎ Responsible to solve an issue in terms of skill and knowledge within agreed time line.
∎ Ensure thorough check after debugging of an issue to make sure, all the functional aspects of the requirement are fully solved.
∎ Perform to resolve critical, problematic and new issues. Proper and frequently monitoring and following up with the exact status of the issue like fixed, in-progress, on hold and taking feedback from the customer.
∎ Co-ordinate effectively with different stake holders, flexible to adjust quickly with the external environment in difficult situations and with tough clients.
∎ Take action to meet work-related objectives without being asked. Seeks out and willingly undertakes new challenges, responsibilities/ assignments.
∎ Visible intents to build or maintain friendly, constructive & effective relationships. Relates well to people at all levels and build appropriate rapport with them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working as an PL/SQL Programmer in a Banking Application is preferable
∎ Clear concept of programming fundamentals and basic knowledge of relevant programming language is mandatory
∎ Interest and desire to learn the specific business domain in addition to relevant technology to become an impactful database developer
∎ Must possess excellent customer management skills and should maintain a professional and cordial relationship with clients.
∎ Ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow-up with minimal direction from team-lead
∎ Attention to detail and organized
