∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Professional Certification will be added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Database Administrator (DBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Database Administrator (DBA)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ · Good understanding of PostgreSQL database architecture & internals.
∎ · Working experience PostgreSQL database and its Functions usage.
∎ · Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL installation, configuration, and administration, starting and stopping database instance.
∎ · Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database backup and recovery and archived wall log management, crash instance recovery
∎ · Good understanding and experience on PostgreSQL High Availability solutions like PostgreSQL replication and OS cluster active-passive setup installation & configuration.
∎ · Hands-on experience in working with PostgreSQL on premise and in the cloud
∎ · Performance tuning experience of PostgreSQL database and slow SQLs
∎ · Good understanding on PostgreSQL database management and monitoring.
∎ · Tablespace management
∎ · Must know what database users and roles, permissions in PostgreSQL and their management.
∎ · Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database Version upgrade and migrations.
∎ · Good Troubleshooting experience
∎ · Strong operating system skills, primarily Linux to include scripting and performance monitoring. Linux administration experience would be highly desirable

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Banking/financial institute experience will be added advantage.
