∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support, IT System Management, Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure web-based software as per client requirements (training provided).
∎ Enter data provided by clients into our web-based software.
∎ Communicate with the client if data is not provided as per requirements or if any data is missing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced Skill in Microsoft Excel is highly preferable.
∎ MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
∎ Good oral communication skills.
∎ Good listening skills and analytical skills.
∎ Problem-solving ability.

∎ Punctual in delivery.
