Educational Requirements:

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong intellectual curiosity.
∎ 1+ years of experience as a researcher, analyst, data scientist, or solution developer.

∎ Skills Required: MySQL database, Python

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compile, organize, and reconcile data for a variety of teams and areas.
∎ Translate raw data and marketing results into easy-to-understand findings.
∎ Collaborate and partner with teams from multiple departments for reporting, metrics, and recommendations.
∎ Develop reporting dashboards and tools for digital marketing and e-commerce site performance on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
∎ Partner with all departments to analyze marketing campaigns for effectiveness and develop data-informed actions that lead to improvements in campaign sales.
∎ Provide ongoing analysis and reporting of sales and margin drivers, identifying root causes, and opportunities to drive incremental growth.
∎ Drive improvements in our supply chain operations through big data analysis and modeling.
∎ Develop innovative tools that translate complex data into actionable insights for key stakeholders.
∎ Execute digital transformation projects to improve supply chain operations.
∎ Deliver tangible value for customers and stakeholders through data-driven insights and solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced degree in computer or data science, engineering, statistics, operations research, or other quantitative area.
∎ Experience in statistical analysis and modeling.
∎ Advanced degree in a related field.
∎ Experience in the automotive industry.
∎ Experience in at least one area of supply chain operations, such as constraints, risk management, sales and production planning, material planning, or logistics.
∎ Experience developing and delivering projects.
∎ 2+ years of experience as a researcher, analyst, data scientist, or solution developer.
∎ 2+ years of experience in statistical analysis, modeling, and optimization.
