Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing reporting system and documentation as per project needs.
∎ Ensure quality data to measuring impact of the project intervention through various approaches using both qualitative and quantitative process.
∎ Measure sustainability and documentation of different project intervention.
∎ Create and develop data structure and analysis report to track the project objective.
∎ Work with management to prioritize activities and information needs.
∎ Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
∎ Overall coordination of research activities (quantitative and qualitative) of different components of the Project.
∎ Research and review of field testing materials, publication, manuals and reports.
∎ Overseeing data collection and entry.
∎ Conducting meeting / focus group discussion.
∎ Arrange group discussion to identify challenges for data quality, data collection and data posting.
∎ Report writing of collective and research data.
∎ Document all case studies, case records, periodic report, training report, monthly report, and other necessary docs.
∎ Assist Project Management for different assigned task.
∎ Coordinate with Coordinators for data verification and evaluation of the program
∎ Interpret data, analyze result using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
∎ Develop and implement database, data collection system, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
∎ Acquire data from primary or secondary data source and maintain database/data system.
∎ Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
∎ Provide technical support to project personnel to ensure the optimize use of provided device ( Laptop / Tab)
∎ Provide training to project personnel for CPIMS+ operation.
∎ To ensure data posting on CPIMS+.
∎ Overseeing the whole management information system of Case Management for the projects needs.
∎ Extensive field visit to checked/verified the collected data and provide hands on support to the personnel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting.
∎ Computer (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email, internet etc ) knowledge
∎ Strong report writing skills both Bangla and English.
Salary: Tk. 46600 (Monthly)
