Educational Requirements:
∎ At least High School or Vocational Graduate and in the technical field.
∎ Skills Required: T-Shirt Factory
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced and technical know-how to follow the cutting method for every fabric material type.
∎ Cutting round the pattern using a computer-controlled cutting machine, scissors, or a special electric knife particularly the Bullmer Automatic Cutting System.
∎ Thorough knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, Fabrics construction, size set, etc.
∎ Reduce fabric waste and ensure optimal cutting quality for maximum output.
∎ Must have knowledge about shortcutting, group marker, side matching market, shade management
∎ Know-how on setting up cutting machines and other techniques to improve productivity.
∎ Minimum 50kg cutting and cutting as many as 150 layers of fabric at once using a computerized cutting machine
∎ Fabrics stored correctly and checking stock levels and ensuring equipment is clean.
∎ Preparing the fabric for cutting out by spreading it out in flat layers, smoothing out creases, and checking the fabric for faults.
∎ Sound knowledge about pattern markers.
∎ Knowledgeable about group marker, side matching marker & shade management.
∎ Know how to identify defects on fabrics and knowledge on how to improve them Know-how on setting up cutting machines and other techniques to improve productivity & efficiency
∎ Monitoring the total output of the day.
∎ Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication with buyers.
∎ Recommend any improvement as necessary.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s)
∎ 5 years of experience on similar field T-shirt Factory
∎ Experienced in high volume Knits/T-shirt production for at least 5-6 years.
∎ Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication with the buyers.
