Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Must be a graduate or preferably from Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering or Apparel Manufacturing background
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Cutting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works with Garments Factory Manager and Planning & Material Control Manager to prepare tentative Cutting production plan
∎ Checks whether technical information are conveyed properly to route level in case of both new lay and any changes
∎ Recommends the changes in pattern and marker
∎ Gives technical support to Garments Planning Coordinator in executing Supermarket plan
∎ Takes few critical decisions and takes instructions in most critical cases from the Garments Factory Manager to run the production
∎ Attain targets of discipline of the floor (Workers Turnover rate, no of cases of Conflicts, Absenteeism rate, Late attendance rate)
∎ Communicates with garments maintenance engineer to get feed back about maintenance functions so that production runs smoothly.
∎ Briefs his team leaders on daily basis and creates motivation and team spirit within the workforce in order to ensure the effectiveness of his area
∎ Contributes in developing functional competency level of his team under the guidance of Garments Factory Manager
∎ Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have enough knowledge on CAD, SMV, Efficiency, Time & Motions Study, capacity planning and cost per min
∎ Should be a expert on Garment making (Cut-n-Sew), Machines and all the standard operating procedures related with production
