∎ Position Summary:
∎ TMSS Apparels Limited is a leading Ready Made Garments Manufacturing Company that intends to recruit "Cutting In-Charge".
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect new order booking sheet and make cutting plan accordingly,
∎ Prepare monthly/weekly cutting plan considering shipment schedule
∎ Maintain daily working target according to cutting plan
∎ Ensure strictly waste control (reduce cutting rejection & fabric wastage), etc.
∎ Manage & increase efficiency considering quality standard
∎ Capacity to handle a large cutting floor considering compliance standard
∎ Receive Fabrics as per booking consumption and ensure quality cutting,
∎ Attend PP meeting of each style/order and implement cutting guideline,
∎ Cross check QC report with the physical receiving and obtain QC approval sample/ size, etc.
∎ Problems analysis, root cause identification, problem-solving and smooth operation of cutting section,
∎ Liaison with the Merchandising Department, Production Head, Quality Manager and Dyeing & Finishing Department, etc.
∎ Look for ways to reduce fabric consumption by making with CAD Department,
∎ Good Knowledge of how to use auto-Cutter (Lectra) and Oshima/TSM auto spender,
∎ Knowledge how to maintain lay chart and fabric per-consumption report, etc.

∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to work collaboratively with cross function
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Cutting Production, Cutting Section, Knit & Woven garments, Making pattern, production management (Cutting)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Must have knowledge Cutting section of Knit & Woven garments
∎ Good Knowledge & Skill in MS Office and ERP Software,
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame
∎ Prerequisite:
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situation.
∎ Ability to work on your own part or as part of a team.
∎ Have a good eye for details. • Good judgment & decision making skills.
∎ Strong client facing & teamwork skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer.
