- Sound knowledge of different buyer`s cutting process.
- To have good knowledge in fabric nature and consumption, pattern, marker, and CAD.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Planning and coordinating the cutting department of both open width and tubular floor of required pcs per day.
- Establish, examine, and carry out the section`s working procedures (SOP, Flow Chart, Quality Policy)
- Must have experience in both tubular cutting and open width and have good knowledge in sweat fabrics cutting
- Monitor production output, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact efficiency or quality
- Coordinate with other departments, such as production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials
- Prepare all kind of reports related to cutting department
- Communicate with dyeing factory for any kind of fabric delivery or quality issue
- Ability to run floor with maximum efficiency with minimum manpower.
