Job Responsibilities:
∎ CAD designing of the patterns as per sample.
∎ Check the quantity of the order from the merchandising department and the quantity of fabric according to the marker ratio.
∎ Hourly cutting monitoring.
∎ Plan wise fabrics receive monitoring.
∎ After fabric receive, check the quality.
∎ Arrange to keep the swing section running continuously.
∎ Check the mini marker, marker efficiency according to marker ratio & assortment, actual fabric dia, GSM.
∎ Maintain the minimum lay height according to fabric types.
∎ Lay the fabric well on the table according to the shade bend and control wastage.
∎ Submit daily work reports to the cutting manager and production manager.
∎ To saves fabric consumption talk to dying responsible to stop knitting stage.
∎ Assist in the work of cutting managers.
∎ Monitor the activities of all cutting operators and assistant cutting operators.
∎ Provide all types of reports to the Planning Department and follow their instructions.
∎ Urgent shipment special follow up.
∎ Previous day target and achievement check.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Shift base duty (3 Shifts).
∎ Work experience with Lactra, Auto spreader & Bierrebi machine will add extra value.
∎ Work experience with software will add extra value.
∎ Must have the knowledge of different fabrics.
∎ Must have the knowledge about Knit Garments.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Should have strong leadership and team management skill.
Salary: Tk. 27000 - 28000 (Monthly)
