Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of a Customer Support Officer for an online kids' eCommerce business is multifaceted and involves various duties and responsibilities to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient operations. Here is a breakdown of the key responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on these social media platforms.
∎ Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
∎ Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
∎ Maintain a friendly and engaging tone in all interactions.
∎ Initiate outbound sales calls to existing customers to promote new product offers or upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
∎ Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
∎ Effectively communicate the value of products and services to encourage repeat purchases.
∎ Handle incoming customer calls, assisting, answering queries, and taking orders.
∎ Maintain a polite and professional demeanor while addressing customer concerns.
∎ Ensure accurate and helpful information is provided to customers.
∎ Uphold the brand's values and image in all customer interactions.
∎ Demonstrate politeness, courtesy, and high professionalism in every interaction, whether written or verbal.
∎ Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with the courier company.
∎ Coordinate with the courier company to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ Address any delivery-related issues promptly and efficiently.
∎ Oversee the delivery process, tracking orders from the point of dispatch to delivery.
∎ Follow up with delivery personnel to ensure orders are delivered on time and in good condition.
∎ Address any delivery delays or issues with the utmost care and concern for the customer. Implement a robust order tracking system to monitor the status of every order.
∎ Keep customers informed about the status and expected delivery times of their orders.
∎ Assist in processing customer orders, including order entry, payment processing, and inventory management.
∎ Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipping processes.
∎ Continuously seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Strive to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
∎ Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and order details.
∎ Generate reports to track customer service performance and identify trends.
∎ Overall, the Customer Support Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that customers receive excellent service, orders are processed efficiently, and the brand's reputation is upheld.
