Position Type: Full-Time Remote Subcontract

Location: Bangladesh (Remote)

Working Hours: PST Time Zone (West Coast Canada)

Our team helps tenants find better rental homes, guides them through the process, and creates value through professional follow-up, negotiation, and coordination.

Role Mission (Very Simple)

Your mission is to build trust-based relationships with tenants, help them move forward with showings and applications to rent property at Vancouver, convert communication into real rental outcomes.

This is not cold sales.

You work only with warm tenant leads already in our system.

What You Will Actually Do (Daily Work)

Tenant Communication & Relationship Building

  • Communicate with tenants via phone, SMS, and email

  • Confirm whether tenants are still searching

  • Build a reliable communication “bridge” (email + phone)

  • Use a calm, friendly, professional tone at all times

Follow-Up & Negotiation

  • Discuss tenant preferences (budget, area, timing)

  • Explain next steps clearly and confidently

  • Encourage official applications (this is data, not pressure)

  • Handle objections politely and logically (price, hesitation, timing)

Showings Coordination

  • Offer available time windows (not open questions)

  • Coordinate showings according to internal scheduling rules

  • Maximize attendance per showing (more tenants = better results)

CRM Discipline (Critical)

  • Work strictly inside FollowUpBoss (FUB)

  • Log every call, message, and outcome as a “touch”

  • Maintain clean stages, tags, and notes

  • Follow the 40 touches/day productivity standard

Newsletter & Follow-Up Workflow

  • Send short, personalized tenant newsletters

  • Call tenants after newsletters to collect feedback

  • Update tenant profiles with new preferences

  • Help identify what tenants want that we don’t yet have getting the link to any rental portal on the market

Job Other Benifits:

    Base Salary: 300 CAD + BONUSES per successful deal with your clients (test period applies) Clear growth path to: SUB AGENT (when you are allowed to communicate with landlords)
