We are building a scalable backend system that will support high-load listings, internal CRM, and global expansion.

🎯 Role Mission (Very Simple)

Your mission is to stabilize, improve, and scale the backend system so it becomes reliable, structured, and ready for growth.

This is not just coding.
You are helping build the technical foundation of the platform.

🧠 What You Will Actually Do (Daily Work)

1️⃣ Backend Development

• Build and maintain backend services (Go preferred)

• Develop APIs for listings, CRM, and internal tools

• Work with PostgreSQL (queries, optimization)

2️⃣ Code Improvement & Refactoring (Critical)

• Improve existing code structure

• Separate logic (API / business / database)

• Reduce technical debt

👉 Current system needs cleanup and structure (important)

3️⃣ System Stability & Performance

• Fix bugs and edge cases

• Improve performance and response time

• Ensure system reliability

4️⃣ Architecture Contribution

• Help define service structure

• Support transition toward a single backend stack (Go)

• Suggest practical improvements (not over-engineering)

5️⃣ Basic DevOps & Process (Gradual)

• Work with Docker environment

• Support future CI/CD setup

• Introduce testing mindset (currently missing)

• Go (Golang) – primary direction

• C# / ASP.NET Core – existing system

• PostgreSQL

• Docker

You will be evaluated on:

• Stability of backend services

• Code quality and structure improvements

• Speed of bug fixing

• Ability to work independently

• Contribution to system architecture

⚙️ Required Skills & Profile

MUST HAVE

• 2+ years backend development experience

• Experience with Go or C# (.NET)

• Strong SQL / PostgreSQL knowledge

• Understanding of REST APIs

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with both Go and C#

• Docker / basic DevOps knowledge

• Experience with scalable systems or microservices

• Experience refactoring existing codebases

NOT REQUIRED
