  • Patience and professionalism in resolving customer issues
  • Previous experience in an ISP will be considered an advantage


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Professionally handle inbound or outbound customer calls.
  • Assist customers with internet connection issues.
  • Provide accurate information on internet packages, billing, and new connections.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems or escalate to the relevant department as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call logs.

    Duty Shifts: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM
