- Previous experience in an ISP will be considered an advantage
Responsibilities & Context: - Professionally handle inbound or outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with internet connection issues.
- Provide accurate information on internet packages, billing, and new connections.
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems or escalate to the relevant department as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call logs.
