Responsibilities & Context:
- Technical support (onsite/remote) for Internet & Networking, Service Usage and related issues.
- Configure & manage Routers, Switches, Mikrotik, OLT
- Maintain Network & Communicate with Upstream
- Manage technicians to bring up new links and to maintain existing links.
- Maintain documentation of Network diagram, task details, equipment, accessory details etc.
- Coordinate NOC & support team operations
- Provide support to clients
- Maintain network documentation & handle emergency outages
- Duty on Fridays/holidays if needed
