Biddabari is a rapidly growing educational service platform committed to delivering high-quality support to students across Bangladesh. To strengthen our student service operations, we are looking for dedicated, energetic, and responsible individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
Provide accurate information regarding student services, courses, and admission processes
Respond to student inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Support enrollment campaigns, promotions, and assist in student onboarding
Maintain proper communication records and prepare daily activity reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
Maintain excellent service quality and ensure high student satisfaction
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline
Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills in Bangla (English skills will be considered a plus)
Ability to work under pressure with a positive and professional attitude
Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience will be an advantage
