Responsibilities & Context:
  • Highly fluent in English – both verbal and written.

  • Engage with customers in clear, professional English.

  • Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Handle correspondence, calls, and meetings confidently.

  • Self-motivated and willing to work within the SHIFT TIME with consistency

  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound lead generation calls to and from elite clientele in a polite, professional, and persuasive manner.

  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Handle queries with clarity, empathy, and confidence.

  • Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records.

  • Meet & exceed individual KPI’s assigned by the Management.

  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.

  • Report to the team leader for complicated issues

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Prior experience in customer relations or client-facing roles preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
