Must have expertise in CRM software. Ensure prompt and effective communication with clients. Address client inquiries and provide comprehensive information. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Handle and resolve client complaints or concerns. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ensure efficient and effective interactions with people. Uphold a high standard of customer service. Contribute to a positive and welcoming office environment.
