  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Answering incoming calls from customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries.

  • Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same.

  • Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems.

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about available packages and promotions.

  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.

  • Assisting the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant customer information.

  • Updating customer records and maintaining an accurate database of all interactions.
